Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities- Troubleshoot technical issues with the agencys software and systems debugging.- Maintain the agency website & Mobile App and directing or performing Website updates. Stay up-to-date on the latest travel trends and technologies.- Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, detailed visual mockups and prototypes.- Website and software application designing, building, or maintaining. Maintaining performance of the booking engine online API /GDDs- Conferring with teams to resolve conflicts, prioritise needs, develop content criteria, or choose solutions.- Collaborate with cross functional teams like product managers, developers, and designers.- Developing or validating test routines and schedules to ensure that test cases mimic external interfaces and address all browser and device types. - Editing, or writing Website content and back up the files from Web sites to local directories for recovery.- Designing multimedia (digital images, video animation, and textual animations) content ideas in collaboration marketing and production team.- Identifying problems uncovered by customer feedback and testing, and correcting or referring problems to appropriate personnel for correction.- Evaluating code to ensure it meets industry standards, is valid, is properly structured, and is compatible with browsers, devices, or operating systems.- Provide technical support and perform other related duties or assignments as directed.
