Job Description

. Support the legal team in drafting, negotiating, and reviewing contracts and agreements. . Assist with compliance matters, including environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations. . Research and analyze applicable laws, regulations, and industry best practices. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various legal issues and projects. . Help manage and minimize legal risks while ensuring the companys strategic objectives are met.

  • Qualified Lawyer
  • 1-3 years of post qualification experience in a legal role, preferably within the chemical, manufacturing, or a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of commercial and corporate law.
  • Strong udnerstanding of procurement and dispute resolution.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
