Job Description

This is an opportunity for a driven funds lawyer with experience in: fund documentation, investment management agreements, finance documentation etc.:

  • You must be a qualified lawyer with an admission to the Bar or the Roll (preferably in the UK, Europe, Singapore or Australia).
  • You must have at least 5-7 years of PQE.
  • You must have previous in house experience - (secondment experience will be sufficient to fulfil this criterion).
  • The ideal candidate will also have exposure in tax and regulatory work.
