  • Driving recruitment marketing, talent pipelining, and proactive headhunting strategies.
  • Ensuring compliance with regional hiring regulations and best practices in global talent management.
  • Leading, coaching, and inspiring a team of recruitment professionals.

  • A dynamic and strategic leader with a proven track record in scaling recruitment for multinational companies.
  • Experienced in hiring across multiple geographies, with a strong understanding of the Middle Eastern talent market.
  • An expert in high-growth recruitment, able to implement cutting-edge sourcing and employer branding strategies.
  • A natural relationship builder, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders, industry leaders, and top-tier candidates.
  • Tech-savvy, with experience using ATS platforms, HR analytics, and AI-driven recruitment tools.
  • A multilingual professional ? Russian language skills are highly preferred, given the global nature of the business.
