Whats the RoleWere looking for a customer-focused Sales Engineer to kick start their career in a high-performing team within our Industry segment. In this role youll be working with our customers, engineering teams, contractors and designers to drive the sales of Hiltis engineering products and services. This is no ordinary sales job - ours is a uniquely high performing and supportive working culture. What does the role involveAs a Sales Engineer, youll be visiting our customers, wherever theyre busy working, to find out how we can help them. You will be visiting job sites to provide solutions, and identify opportunities - giving technical advice, solutions and support, and adding value through the use of Hilti products. Ours is a model of professional, consultative selling and its a really hands-on job. It means rolling up your sleeves to demonstrate some of the most pioneering products in the industry, while selling our state-of-the-art software along with all the services and aftercare that come with the Hilti name. Far from traditional cold calling, its about building relationships with warm and responsive customers and helping them find the most innovative and cost-efficient solutions for their needs.What do we offerWe provide our employees the best work equipment so that they can give their best: In addition to modern laptops, working clothes and company smartphones, you will also receive your own demo tools to inspire your customers on site.What you need is:Well give you everything you need to excel in your role, including your own van full of tools and one-to-one coaching youll manage your own book of business while being part of a friendly team.   • Bachelors degree in Engineering
  • Sales oriented, with a minimum of 2 years technical sales experience in Middle East region
  • Experience working in the Energy Industry
  • Ability to thrive both independently and in a team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to develop engaged customer relationships
  • A solution-oriented mind-set, determined to consistently meet and exceeds goals
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Fluency in English & Arabic
  • The ability and willingness to travel across the UAE , and occasionally stay overnight in remote locations, as needed
  • Valid UAE Drivers License
  • Based in Abu Dhabi, or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi
