By working together every day, weu2019re bringing energy to life.About the Job:The engineer at this level, serves as a strong Project Controls resource for the Division.Supervise and monitor the preparation and execution of Projectsu2019 plan by establishing all procedures and providing timely management information on projects progress. Review project plans and advises on the preparation and formulation of project identification, definition and execution plans including, contracting strategy and expenditure phasing that defines the project through its various stages from identification to hand over and close out.Job Specific Accountabilities

• Develops project control systems to ensure adequate levels of support are provided to the execution of Projects and that a sufficiently detailed database is built up for use in these activities.
• Supervises, monitors and controls Project and implementation plans within prescribed time frames in consultation with other stakeholders.
• Prepares and report budget variance and develop necessary mitigations.
• Prepares different types of Project reports and presentations to Management and Shareholders.
• Review Technical Bids during the Project tender stage, evaluate the planning and scheduling section and capture Project controls requirements as part of the Tender Invitation Package (TIP).

• Provides support to Project Management Team (PMT) in the review and approval of Contractoru2019s Planning Package, planning procedures and all planning related deliverable for major and minor Projects.
• Review and monitor the progress reports of the contractor for projects under various stages and propose corrective actions if required.
• Prepares project delay analysis, Project progress forecast and highlight the possible delays, critical activities and recommendations to Project Manager for necessary mitigation actions.
• Reviews and issue the monthly accrual / VOWD data to Finance for Projects.
• Review Extension of Time (EOT) claimed by Contractor on the delay events and its impact to the overall Project duration.

• Participates in Schedule Risk Analysis during the different project stages as applicable for projects.
• Prepares Schedule Risk Analysis during the different project stages.
• Prepares the key performance indicators (SPI/CPI) for projects.
• Provide input for preparation of the Department/ Section budgets and assist in the implementation of the approved Budget and work plans to deliver Section objectives.
• Prepare / develop / lead and highlight any significant variances to support effective performance and cost control.
• Prepares the budget forecast and optimization works on timely manner as required.
• Comply with the Company HSE procedure requirements.

Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering discipline with 12 years in projects control experience within Oil/Gas industry.
