With Shory, a new time has begun.About the Role & OpportunityWe are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our Abu Dhabi, UAE team who will be responsible for building a clean and effective user experience, conduct research and generate copy/content in order to create web designs using visual design, illustration, animation and typography for activation on social media, web and other marketing collateral.

  • Develop and implement UX architecture, interface and interaction flow efficiently across channels
  • Create designs for User flows, Wire frames development, Landing pages, microsites etc
  • Create visual designs that complement written content; Ensure that established design standards are consistently and appropriately applied within design work
  • Maintain and evolve visual integrity across surfaces, including apps, web and email
  • Utilize tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and various content management systems such as design systems, and tools such as Adobe AEM
  • Conduct usability testing to identify any problems with the design
  • Conduct consumer focus groups to initiate & develop usability plans
  • Develop UX prototypes in collaboration with the product team
About the Skills, Education & Experience RequiredTo be considered for this role you will need to have at least 4 - 6 years of experience in a similar role preferably from a leading creative agency background.
  • Bachelors Degree in Graphics Design or User Experience Design or similar
  • Working knowledge of coding HTML, javascript or jquery
  • Strong skills in photoshop, indesign, Figma etc
  • Demonstrated ability to embed video to explain your flow
  • Self-motivated, hardworking professional with a positive attitude and works well under pressure in a corporate setting
  • Proactive and creative problem solver
  • Team player who is collaborative, ethical and organized with strong communication skills
  • Solid time management skills, ability to manage high work volumes and process multiple projects simultaneously
  • Arabic language and writing skills an asset
