• Handle requests for flights and obtain quotations from operators within set timescales, including empty legs.
• Negotiate charter price, and determine if in competition with another broker.
• Developing and applying the knowledge of aircraft and additional services (FBO facilities, ground transfers, helicopter transfers, etc.)
• Creating long-term relationship with partner operators
• Work with PR and Marketing to provide information for special event flights.
• Work with the Development team on software upgrades and user interactions.
• Support the activity of VP Operations, and that of other colleagues
• Any other projects/tasks that may arise due to changes across the company

Requirements

• Ability to plan, organize and prioritise your day-to-day tasks
• Ability to receive and respond to both feedback and constructive criticism
• Ability to analyse issues and problems, and come up with solutions
