  • Assist the Materials Manager in the scheduling of the operation and daily management of the department.
  • Generate warehouse productivity, inventory reports and oversee daily activities ? including dispatch, receipt, maintenance, inventory checks and workforce scheduling.
  • Supporting wider business in the maintenance and tracking of scheduled agreement orders in SAP across all areas of the business
  • Supporting Admin users across the business in SAP queries and system issues
  • Creating Sourcing Requests (SR) in Ariba for items or services that will be purchased in contract.
