Familiarize with the usage of profile cutter, Hydraulic jacks, manual Gag & Enerpac equipment using to repair the sections, sheet pile & jumbo sections.Minimum Education Qualifications (Must Haves) Preferred professional training (Nice to have)Primary or Secondary school. Industrial trainingCertified welderSafety related course if anyProfessional Experience (Must Haves)5 Years working experience as grinder & welder in steel Industries, Aware of Grinding, welding & and rectification of heavy sections of Finished goods.Key Performance IndicatorsEnsures that rectification of material to be carried out in a proper manner & and committed to 100% completion on time. Ensure the best grinding surface & proper welding using best suitable welding rods & by following proper established Co. procedure.Rectification of held products in a best suitable & fastest way to complete the job without any problem. Proper Stacking of the prime product & tying it manually & maintain proper identity of bars /bundles. Handling & maintaining of the rectification tools in a best possible manner to increase the durability of the equipments. Efficient utilization of spares & consumable resources to get the maximum utilization.Note: Ensure to mention the Department and Applied Position while applying.
