Job Description

Our focus now is on amplifying our reach and impact globally through strategic initiatives and innovative marketing approaches. As a Creative Director Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Creative Director in the planning, execution, and management of creative projects.Location: Ajman Media CitySalary: 4,000 AedResponsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of creative concepts for various projects, including advertising campaigns, branding initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director and other team members to brainstorm ideas and create innovative solutions.
  • Coordinate and manage the production process, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Organize and maintain project files, including creative briefs, design assets, and production schedules.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, such as printers and photographers, to ensure the timely and accurate execution of projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and share insights and recommendations with the team.
  • Researching related topics.
  • Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment, fostering creativity and teamwork.
  • Assisting with basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking.
