Responsibilities:1. Production Management:

Oversee the entire garment production process, from raw material sourcing to finished product delivery.
Coordinate with production teams, including cutters, sewers, and quality control staff, to ensure smooth workflow and timely production.
Implement quality control procedures to maintain high-quality garment production
Monitor production schedules and resolve any issues or delays that may arise.
Optimize production efficiency to meet production targets and minimize costs.
Assist in developing and managing budgets for production and sales departments.

2. Sales Management :

Supervise the sales team, including sales representatives and customer service staff.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets.
Monitor sales performance and provide coaching and feedback to the sales team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in business, textile management, or a related field
Proven experience in UAE garment production and sales management
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for inventory and sales management
