Job Description

JOB PURPOSEThe Leasing Executive is the property?s sales representative whose primary duty is to greet prospects, professionally present the features and benefits of the properties under management, lease all the available assets, maximize the occupancy, generate revenue to the company and properly secure the lease agreements.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The Employee will assist the Employer in all the Leasing related activities of the Company following the standard operating procedures and as per approved Leasing strategies.
  • The Employee will prospect the local and regional markets to initiate Leasing negotiations and transactions.
  • Handles incoming queries by phone, email, and online leasing portals.
  • The Employee will be in-charge of initiating and finalizing Leasing transactions of vacant units, units under re-tenanting situation, units for which the agreement might reach the termination date without renewal and units under renewal procedures, by following established standard operating procedures.
  • Promote unoccupied properties through various media and advertising techniques.
  • Meeting potential renters and guiding them on tours of available units.
  • Following up on leads for potential renters. Present apartments, commercial properties etc to prospective clients in a persuasive manner & provide accurate information on the different features of properties.
  • Negotiate leasing terms and effectively explains all lease policies to new tenants.
  • Maintains an accurate and in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the field, particularly in areas such as rent and pricing information, vacancies, lease expirations, square footage, etc.
  • Supports the overall marketing efforts and offers input and suggestions in regard to promotions, advertisements, etc.
  • Logs all leasing activity into company provided databases in a timely and accurate manner.
  • The Employee shall coordinate with all concerned departments of the client and internal departments during leasing and commercial negotiations, transactions, formalizations, financial and administration aspects, handing over of premises in order to ease the relation between all involved parties.
  • The Employee will use all the documents, systems, tools, computers, files and other items deemed necessary for the execution of his/her duty and according to the Company policy and will keep them in good condition of preservation, order and updated.
  • Maintains company?s customer service and sales standards.
