Logistics CoordinatorJob Location: Ajman, United Arab EmiratesRoles & Responsibilities:?Manage and coordinate all logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and customer service.?Monitor and track the flow of goods and materials and manage inventory levels.?Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements.?Responsible for monitoring material transported and delivered for timeliness & legality.?Schedule deliveries to ensure that correct amount and type of stock are delivered.?Deliver the products cost effective and time efficiently to ensure customer priority requirements meet.?Ensuring that the vehicle remains repaired and maintained free, and well organized.?Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments.?Maintain relationships with carriers and customers.?Meet compliance at all times to regulations. This includes internal policies & procedures such as operational process standards.?Prepare and submit reports on logistics performance, inventory levels, and cost savings.?Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc.?Preparing bills and invoices.?Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels.?Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy.?Identify and resolve issues related to logistics and supply chain operations.Qualifications & Skills:?Proven experience as logistics coordinator should have Min 02 years of UAE Experience.?High School Diploma or Equivalent.?Outstanding organizational & Investigative abilities.?Prior experience as Logistics Coordinator at a Large Warehouse.?Sound knowledge of schedule deliveries in UAE Processes & Metrics.
