?????????Ensure accurate and timely data entry processed accurately on a monthly and yearly cycle to meet agreed deadlines for key milestones such as, monthly pay runs and year-end accounts including newly inducted employees, leave applications, amendments, and relevant deductions
?????????Verify attendance and timekeeping records and consult employees and/or department managers on any discrepancies
?????????Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information
?????????Change employee banking records when necessary to process payments accurately
?????????Monitor HR team and follow up all necessary job tasks with them
?????????Administer and process employee?s leave application and ticket entitlement assessment
?????????Administer ticket booking of business travels and employees ticket entitlement
?????????Update and monitor the HR system and residency validity of the employees
???????Coordinate with the administrative and logistics department regarding the arrival, accommodation and transportation if needed
?????????Prepare the employee? contracts, quit claim & clearances and certificate
?????????Respond to all HR related inquiries or requests of the employees
?????????Observe and apply strict level of confidentiality and discretion in all matters related to work performance and in providing services for the administration of departmental operations
