Update shifts and process attendance for payroll in HR system.
˙Administer material control and MIRCOS POS system, including creating new users, giving users appropriate access rights, creating and modifying custom reports, monitoring daily revenue imports from MICROS to Material Control, creating data files from MICROS and importing to Accounting system.
Modify reports for Sage ERP system.
Responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting company software applications, ensuring timely resolution of help desk tickets, and coordinating with external service providers.
