Job Description

Primary Duties & responsibilities include but not limited to:úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿResponsible for day to day operations and running of the restaurant during any given service period.

  • Drives customer satisfaction by providing all guests with pleasant dining experience
  • Upkeep of the image, standards and principal of the company, keeping a transparent easily accessible style of management
  • Keep tab on the quality, quantity and consistency of all food and beverages served in the restaurant
  • Avoids legal challenges by conforming to the regulations of the company standards, following policies and procedures and complying with local laws
  • Maintains ambiance by controlling lighting, background music, cutlery and crockery, and utensil quality and placement; and monitoring food presentation and service
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
  • Enhances brand reputation by exploring opportunities to add value to company image/profit
  • Assists with restaurant human resource objectives by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; and enforcing policies and procedures
  • Assist supervisors and Back of the House in fullest and ensure smooth functioning of the restaurant.
  • Assist with periodical reports to the Operations Manager and officials from HO
  • Execute any related duties assigned to you by the Restaurant Manager
