As a private household butler, your main responsibility is to manage the household and provide exceptional service to the residents.- Managing household staff- Overseeing household operations- Managing household budgets- Coordinating household events- Managing household inventory and supplies- Providing personal assistance to household members- Ensuring that the household runs smoothly and efficiently- Managing the maintenance, security, and safety of the household and its occupants- Welcoming guests and getting them settled in their rooms or designated areas- Anticipating the needs of owners and guests by learning their preferences, allergies, dislikes, and other relevant information- Having a thorough understanding of all the spirits and specialty foods in stock- Assessing and restocking wine and spirit collections as necessary- Serving meals and pouring drinks for owners and guests- Communicating with housekeeping to ensure rooms, lounges, garden, private and VIP areas are cleaned at a convenient time for owners and guests- Running errands for owners and guests when necessary- Ensuring owners and guests rooms are clean and tidy up when necessary- Recommending and arranging amenities for owners and guests- Seeing guests off when they leave- Remaining well-groomed at all times- Keeping up-to-date on all house policies on safety and hygiene- Performing all duties with discretion, professionalism, and a pleasant demeanour.
