Duties & Responsibilities included but not limited to:ÿObtain Quotations?ÿObtain quotes based on the value of the materials to be bought.?ÿDetermine the best value supplier and forward the documentation to the purchase coordinator for LPO?sArrange the Purchases:?ÿProcess the daily purchase requisitions?ÿSend out request for quotations to various suppliers?ÿNegotiate prices with the suppliersCreate LPO?s?ÿPrepares P.O. in the system?ÿVerify the price comparisons, parts details etc.?ÿReceives signed P.O?s & circulate.?ÿFollow-up delivery and update the status to the end user.Follow-up tasks to the messengers?ÿAssign various tasks to the messengers?ÿMake sure they get the right parts from the right place & timely delivery & ensure to complete the necessary documentationÿ
