Duties & Responsibilities included but not limited to:? Monitoring, review and analyzing time program and estimation costs of design and construction projects.? Cooperating and following up with team to help them meet budgeting goals/timeline.? Preparing reports for project status/ details/delay/critical activities.? Verify and review payments, invoices, claims, etc.? Review and verify weekly and monthly construction reports.? Prepare progress weekly reports.? Prepare team progress reports.? Developing and adjusting project estimation cost.? Coordinate with team to find opportunities to reduce expenses.? Evaluation project after completion and prepare comparison with further projects.? Following up with vendors/suppliers to negotiate material cost.? Governmental approvals controls.? Prepare official letters.ÿ
