- Key Responsibilities:? Responsible for job allocation and job flow in the workshop including job scheduling and labor allocation for day to day operations.??Preparing competitive and acceptable commercial and technical offers based on the RFQs/tenders received from KOC, KNPC, local contractors, etc??Provides direction and leadership to the team to achieve high quality, productivity and safety standards.??Insures compliance to production schedules, process quality, efficiency standards, budget, inventory and data reporting.??Responsible for maintaining adequate supply of workshop supplies and materials. Assures proper maintenance of equipment, tools and housekeeping. Performs other duties as assigned .??Promote a Health and Safety culture within the business .??Receive and review feedback from customers and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.??Ensures project(s) are completed safely, on time, on budget and to client specifications and satisfaction.??Provide feedback to staff that are not performing to the expected level and ensure human resources are informed of trends in performance.
