Front Desk Position Objective:ÿWork with General Manager, Office Manager and Front Desk Staff on Aqua-Tots Swim School daily operations thereby ensuring company core values, customer satisfaction, and revenue increase.ú Greet customers when they come into the facilityú Communicate effectively with potential and existing customersú Build relationships with familiesú Handle customer complaints gracefully with a win/win outcomeú Report to manager if complaints are unresolvedú Lead by example for other staff members by using the customer-focused principle in every customer interactionú Uphold our Aqua-Tots Swim Schools Core Valuesú Implement the use of Aqua-Tots Swim Schools systems of procedures set forth for the front desk staffú Sell swimming lessons, birthday parties and related swimming merchandiseú Answer phones with the proper Aqua-Tots Swim Schools greetingú Provide information about our facility, swim programs, and birthday partiesú Give facility tours to new and existing customersú Register new/existing customersú Enter absences/schedule makeupsú Prepare new customer Welcome Packetsú Process registration fees and tuition payments at time of registrationú Obtain and verify paperwork from new families on the first day of lessonsú Communicate to instructors absences and makeups recorded during current shiftú Fill out Certificates of Completion for all graduatesú Take photos of all graduates with Ollie the Otterú Perform all duties as outlined on the daily shift checklistú Ensure facility safety and cleanlinessú Opening or closing of facilityú Stock snack bar, retail merchandise, office forms and supplies, and all promotional materialsNo required previous work experience.Preferably speaking English and Arabic.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: KD250.000 - KD350.000 per monthEducation:
