Sell Memberships, Packages and Retail (Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and enrolment)
Present available services to current or prospective members and assumes responsibility for developing selling skills.
Maintain acceptable levels of personal sales production by Booking quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota.
Ability to learn and use the Flyby Studio software system & must have proficient computer skills.
Conduct studio tours while establishing a relationship, targeting individual?s needs, and wants.
Must have flexibility for a non-traditional schedule including some holiday, early-morning, and weekend availability.
Emphasize and enforce objectives of studio.
Must have clear English & Arabic language skills and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone, and email.
Manage the in-studio Experience.
Check-in and greet clients & provide with either Shoes/Gloves/Equipment required for Class
Provide tours of the studios
Assist with Bike set-up and troubleshoot.
Make sure areas of the studio and bathrooms are clean and neat. If not tidy the area up, ask Cleaner to assist with clean up and check the areas when there is a reliever available to stand in Reception.
Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community, and hospital events) to promote the
Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday.
Daily customer outreach, follow-up on leads, book classes for new clients
Assumes responsibility for continuing of development in selling skills.
