Job Description

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Facilitate communication between different team members and departments to ensure timely delivery of marketing activities.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with media contacts and influencers.
  • Assist in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and report on PR and influencer campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain social media schedules as per the approved content calendar.
  • Ensure the execution of social media posts according to the schedule.
  • Manage reposting and engagement on social media channels.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities to engage with the audience.
  • Report on social media performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Assist in creating, curating, and managing content for social media platforms and other marketing channels.
  • Support the development of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and campaigns.
  • Maintain the marketing calendar, ensuring all activities and deadlines are tracked and met.
  • Manage marketing inventory, including shoot materials and supplies.
  • Assist in conducting market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Assist in analyzing campaign performance and preparing reports to inform strategic decisions.
