Job Description

Dynamic 365 Senior Developer is responsible for the entire application lifecycle of systems including Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales, Service and Marketing, and the Power Platform. This includes application development, systems administration work, and software maintenance providing practical programming and technology implementation for business. The Dynamics 365 Senior Developer will take pride in delivering solutions using best practices that are scalable, sustainable, reliable and performant.ÿ

• Analyzing the business requirements by collaborating with the stakeholders and IT Management, studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes.
• Perform software design using software development fundamentals and processes, debug, test, and deploy software solutions. Design, develop and maintain key components of the software suite using Office 365 and APIs, as necessary.
• Implement custom solutions that leverage Office 365 architecture. Solutions will be both departmental and cross-functional.
• Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, etc. Assume additional responsibilities as assigned/required.
• Responsible for functional & technical development and implementations of Dynamics 365 and CRM custom workflow & plug-in creation as per business needs.
• Upgrades, enhancements & integrations with other applications, as well as all other supporting tasks.
• Formulate project solution designs utilizing industry and product knowledge
• Implement security best practices in Dynamics 365 / Power App environments
• Gathering requirements, writing technical design specifications, troubleshooting full stack architectures, and implementing enhancements and bug fixes.ÿ
• Design and customize sitemap and ribbon in Model Driven apps.
• Design relational database and SQL queries in the Microsoft Data verse platform.
• Use Microsoft .NET development to extend and augment the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and CRM platform
• Develop and integrate PowerApps portal custom APIs using PCF.
• Integrate Power BI Reports and dashboards into PowerApps
• Support cross-functional teams consisting of QA, IT operation and information security
• Support DevOps Build and release pipeline and export/import solutions to multiple environments using XrmToolBox
• Support all parts of SDLC including design, development, documentation, testing, and implementation
• Evaluates & recommend changes to current & future requirements to meet organizational needs.
• Manage system integrations with 3rd party tool and payment gateways
• Collaborate and share knowledge with other Applications team members as well as cross-functionally.
• Assist in evaluating new technologies.
• Be willing to continually learn and incorporate new tools and techniques
• Work with other departments to deliver training, user guides and SOPs for support team.
• Testing system updates on the test environment before deploying on production servers
• Develop customizations and enhancements as well as provide technical support for Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations (F&O) and Sales, Service and Marketing (CRM).
• Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
• Performing diagnostic tests and resolving issues to optimize performance.
• Adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
• Keeping abreast of the latest ERP upgrades and offerings.
