Responsibilities:1. Warehouse Management:ÿÿ- Oversee day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.ÿÿ- Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes to maximize productivity and minimize errors.ÿÿ- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.ÿÿ- Manage inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing carrying costs and stockouts.2. Team Leadership:ÿÿ- Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.ÿÿ- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the warehouse team.ÿÿ- Provide guidance and support to ensure team members have the necessary resources to excel in their roles.3. Operational Efficiency:ÿÿ- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization within the warehouse operations.ÿÿ- Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to streamline workflow and increase efficiency.ÿÿ- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and drive data-driven decision-making.4. Collaboration:ÿÿ- Work closely with other departments, including logistics, procurement, and customer service, to ensure seamless coordination of operations.ÿÿ- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to address issues and optimize processes throughout the supply chain.5. Vendor Management:ÿÿ- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any issues related to quality or logistics.ÿÿ- Negotiate favorable terms and contracts with vendors to optimize procurement costs and maintain high product quality.Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Masters degree preferred.- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry.- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse workforce.- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a track record of driving process improvements.- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.- Solid understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.- Must be visa 18 transferable and fluent in both Arabic and English.
