Responsible for implementing new modules to the Oracle EBS R12.2 HRMS Modules.
Design, develop and implement enhancements and customizations to the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) HCM modules including Core HR , payroll, Advance benefits , Compensation ,Employee & Manager Self Service
Act as an Oracle EBS techno functional consultant by providing best-practice guidance on HCM business processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical support issues from raise through to resolution.
Experienced technical (and related functional knowledge) resources in Oracle EBS R12.2 Core HR, Compensation, Benefits and Payroll modules.
Functional expertise to support a production environment for enhancements and fix issues.
Integration : Design, develop and implement new and enhanced interfaces with other internal and external systems.
Participate in unit and system-level tests responsible for comparing actual results with expected results.
Prepare technical specification documentation.
strong experience in the technical design, development, implementation, and support of Oracle EBS R12.2
Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL programming, Building reports in both (XML,RDF), Custom Forms, Workflow, AME, and OAF customization and personalization.
Expertise in Oracle Configurations, APIs, Interfaces (standard & custom)
Expertise in AME Approval Management Engine.
Creating and Maintaining Custom and Standard Workflow.
Creating and Maintaining OAF Pages and Personalization.
Expertise in APIs, interfaces, data migrations, user hooks.
Expertise in creating Database packages, procedures, functions, and triggers.
