Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Payroll Consultant to join our team in Al Kuwait, Kuwait. As an Oracle Payroll Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the Oracle Payroll system, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for our organization. You will work closely with the HR and Finance teams to ensure compliance with payroll regulations and provide support to employees regarding payroll related queries.Responsibilities:

  1. Implement and configure the Oracle Payroll system based on organizational requirements.
  2. Manage and maintain employee payroll records, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll.
  3. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations for payroll processing.
  4. Generate payroll reports and provide insights to HR and Finance teams for decision making.
  5. Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll.
  6. Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee benefits, deductions, and taxes.
  7. Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll regulations and update the system accordingly.
  8. Participate in system upgrades and enhancements, testing and troubleshooting any issues.
  9. Train HR and Finance teams on payroll processes and system usage.
  10. Provide support and guidance to end users in troubleshooting payroll system issues.
Preferred Candidate:Bachelors Degree from an accredited˙college or university in Computer Science, Electronics Data Processing, Business˙Information Systems, Information Technology or˙a related field.Atleast˙(5) years Oracle e-Business Suite R-12 (HRMS & Payroll) Tehno/functional experience.Atleast (1) year Oracle Fusion HCM implementation/support experience is preferred.Must be technically proficient and functionally knowledgeable˙in Oracle EBS R12 HRMS modules HR, SSHR, Payroll, iRecruitment, Learning Management and performance management including knowledge of the underlying data model as well as basic process and data flows etc.Good working experience of building extensions to oracle applications R12 using oracle applications coding standards.Good working experience˙in Oracle Forms 10g, SQL and PLSQL, Oracle Application object˙library (AOL).Good working experience of developing reports using oracle reports and XML/BI Publisher.Work experience of Oracle Workflow builder.Must have adhered to development standards, processes, guidelines and procedures including SDLC and Oracle A.I.M MethodologyGood working knowledge of OAF Personalization/CusomizationGood working knowledge of Oracle Fusion, Java, ADF, and JDeveloper˙and Talent ManagementCERTIFICATION:
  1. * Preferably possess relevant Oracle Certfication/s in Oracle Fusion HCM SaaS Release 8 or above
