Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Projects Controls Manager located in Kuwait City. As a Projects Control Manager you will oversee and manage all aspects of project control activities to ensure the successful execution of the projects. Leveraging your expertise in project management and construction scheduling, you will develop and implement project control processes, monitor project progress, and mitigate risks to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in project controls or project management roles within the oil and gas construction industry.
  • Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex project data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of construction project management processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with relevant construction industry standards, regulations, and codes.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Masters degree or PMP certification is a plus.
