Primary Duties & responsibilities include but not limited to:

Greet incoming and departing guests warmly with a genuine smile and eye contact; guide them to their seats; present menu
Inform guest of current promotion and who will be serving them to ensure a smooth handoff to the service staff
Tend to special guest needs and requests
Observant to guests needs throughout dining experience to ensure they receive high quality service
Maintain guest relations by ensuring guests are comfortable all the way through to the farewell stage
Answer incoming calls to the restaurant and provide appropriate service
Manage the flow of Guests, provide accurate wait times to waiting list guest
Assist service staff by setting, clearing tables and manage seating
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Maintain a clean and orderly reception area and manages stationary and menus
Any other tasks as assigned by the manager
