Reports To: Sales Manager/Brand ManagerJob Summary: Responsible for selling commercial vehicles. Their duties include meeting with customers to discuss their needs, promoting sales offers and participating in test drives with interested customers.Key Responsibilities:u Greet the customer in good manner and provide them a good hospitality.u Answer customer?s questions about vehicles, prices, availability, uses, and credit terms.u Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate vehicle features, and recommend suitable types their needs and interests.u Estimate or quote prices, credit terms, warranties, and delivery dates as customer?s needs aligned with the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) of the brand.u Consult with clients after sales to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.u Provide customers with product samples and catalogs.u Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitor?s products, prices, and sales.u Ensure the test drive is done to the customer if required.u Ensure Customer satisfaction to achieve the Customer Satisfaction Scores.
