Greet the customer in good manner and provide him a good hospitality.
Answer customers questions about vehicles, prices, availability, uses, and credit terms.
Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate vehicle features, and recommend suitable types their needs and interests.
Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates as customer?s needs aligned with Motors division policies.
Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
Provide customers with product samples and catalogs.
Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors products, prices, and sales.
Obtain credit information about customers and all treatments? issues.
To insure the test drive was been done to the customer if required.
Insure Customer satisfaction to achieve the Customer Satisfaction Scores.

Education:

Intermediate Institute, University degree, Bachelor?s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing is preferable.
