Job Description

The Senior Lawyer specializing in (A&E) Contracts plays a crucial role in ensuring that all legal aspects of contracts are meticulously handled. This position requires a deep understanding of the automotive industry and the ability to navigate complex legal frameworks. The ideal candidate will not only provide legal advice but also ensure compliance with local and international regulations. This role is vital for protecting the companys interests and facilitating smooth operations within the dealership and distribution sectors.Responsibilities:

  1. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to automotive sales and distribution.
  2. Provide legal advice on compliance with local and international automotive regulations.
  3. Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations.
  4. Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in laws affecting the automotive industry.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all contracts align with business objectives.
  6. Assist in dispute resolution and manage any legal risks associated with contracts.
  7. Train staff on legal compliance and contract management best practices.
  8. Prepare legal documentation and reports for management review.
  9. Monitor and manage contract performance and compliance.
  10. Advise on intellectual property issues related to automotive products.
