Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Telecom Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Telecom Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of our telecommunications systems. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of our telecommunications infrastructure.Responsibilities:

  1. Designing and implementing telecommunications systems, including voice, data, and video networks
  2. Managing and maintaining telecommunications equipment and infrastructure
  3. Performing network capacity planning and optimization
  4. Monitoring and troubleshooting network performance issues
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of telecommunications systems
  6. Providing technical support and guidance to junior telecom engineers
  7. Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  8. Researching and evaluating new telecommunications technologies and solutions
  9. Preparing and presenting reports on network performance and project status
  10. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in telecommunications
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Bachelors degree in Telecommunications Engineering or a related field
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in telecommunications engineering or a similar role
  3. Strong knowledge of telecommunications systems, protocols, and standards
  4. Experience with network design and implementation
  5. Proficiency in using network analysis tools and equipment
  6. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  7. Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  9. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  10. Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements
