Receives and logs telephonic and other messages and instructions and communicates with the person. Be˙capable of group communication to the said objectives.
Carry out typing (using word processors), preparation of reports, etc.
Dispatch all forms of communication (i.e. memos, requests, etc.)
Assist in data collection for preparation of reports.
