Job Description

About the RoleThis is a full-time role for a Tendering Manager located in Kuwait City. As a Tendering Manager, you will play a crucial role in securing new projects for the company by overseeing the tendering process and ensuring the timely submission of competitive bids. You will lead a team of tendering professionals and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to prepare and submit bids that meet client requirements and business objectives.˙Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in tendering and bid management, preferably in the oil and gas, petrochemical, construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts, tendering procedures, and project management principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex tender documents and develop competitive bid strategies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and bid management software.
  • Must have valid residency in Kuwait.
