To oversee the work of the institute Maintenance Team
Supervise and coordinate the work of contractors
General craft, construction and maintenance work throughout the and Campus.
Supervising the staffs that are doing Electrical, Plumbing & HVAC
Co-ordinate the setting up different areas for Examinations, events, in addition to the various functions and ceremonies that take place in the institute throughout the year
Dealing with the setup of various rooms, offices and assisting in removal and relocation of offices, rooms and equipment
Familiar with Security/Fire Safety/Health & Safety matters and be a member of the critical incident team within the institute
Manage and lead change to ensure minimum disruption to core activities
Ensure buildings meet health and safety requirements
Check that agreed work by staff or contractors has been completed satisfactorily and follow up on any deficiencies
Guide, coordinate and lead one or more teams to cover various areas of responsibility
Use performance management techniques to monitor and demonstrate achievement of agreed service levels and to lead on improvement
Respond appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and resolve them
Manage and maintain appropriate level of maintenance inventories.
