Job Description

Responsible for promoting and ensure guest satisfaction, maintain a safe and sanitary work environment and ensure only the highest quality products are being served.Establishes rapport with guests to build guest loyalty and gather constructive feedback to ensure the satisfaction of every individual guest.Responsibilities:

  • Greets and welcome guests promptly in a warm and friendly manner to ensure good customer service and customer satisfaction.
  • Assists guests with table reservations to ensure the Standard Operating Procedure
  • Assists guests while seating to ensure the Standard Operating Procedure
  • Ensures guests are serviced within specified time
  • Has good knowledge of menu and presentation standards to ensure the standard Operating Procedure
  • Speaks with guests and staff using clear and professional language to ensure the Standard Operating Procedure.
  • Able to answer any questions regarding menu and assist with menu selections to ensure>>>> the Standard Operating Procedure.
  • ˙Always applies service techniques correctly at all times to ensure the Standard Operating Procedure
  • Serves food courses and beverages to guests to ensure the Standard Operating Procedure
  • Records transaction / orders in Point of Sales systems at the time of order to ensure the Standard Operating Procedure
  • Communicate with the kitchen regarding any menu questions, the length of wait and product availability to ensure the Standard Operating Procedure
  • Communicates additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen to ensure the Standard Operating Procedure
  • Checks with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and beverages to ensure the Standard Operating Procedure.
  • Responsible for clearing, collecting and returning food and beverage items to proper area to ensure the Standard Operating Procedure.
  • Maintains cleanliness of work areas to ensure the Standard Operating Procedure
  • ˙Presents accurate final bill to guest and process payment to ensure the Standard Operating Procedure
  • Ensures that the restaurant is always kept clean and organized, both at the front as well as the back of house areas.
  • Works with the team and manager to ensure that the restaurant achieves its full potential to ensure the Standard Operating Procedure
  • ˙Completes closing duties, including restocking items, turning off lights, etc. to ensure the Standard Operating Procedure
  • Any other job-related duties assigned by the manager.
