The F&B Operations Supervisor will assist the Operations Managers responsibilities by coordinating and managing the operation of the F&B outlets, ensuring internal and external customer satisfaction, productivity, maximization of revenue and resources, and effective control.Core Responsibilities:? Oversees ordering, purchasing, and stocking F&B products and follows up on F&B requests to ensure all aspects of F&B outlet?s operations run smoothly on a day-to-day basis.? Plans and supervises all catering projects activities to ensure optimum customer service.? Plans and supervises all pastry kitchen activities to ensure the availability of all products at high standards.? Oversees control stock movement levels and transfers to ensure availability of raw materials in all outlets.? Arranges kiosk outlets and store areas for events to ensure a proper products display.? Follows up on the maintenance of outlets equipment to avoid any delay in production.? Assists with F&B monthly stock-take to ensure track any financial impact.? Follows up of variance discrepancies discovered in end of month reports and escalates to management to ensure take corrective actions if needed.? Monitors the implementation of systems procedures in all outlets and coordinates with audit and business teams to ensure compliance with established procedures.? Coordinates the marketing and promotional activities to ensure a proper presentation.? Coordinates the sourcing and testing for the new products and menus to ensure tasting committee satisfaction.? Establishes production and staff schedules to ensure timely delivery of food services.? Any other duties as directed by the Food and Beverage Manager.
