Job Description

SummaryAvertra Corp is eager to find an HR Lead who easily connects with people and has a detail-oriented mindset to handle the changing nature of the workforce. The HR Lead will report to the Director of Operations and lead the daily operations of the HR department. The HR Lead must have experience working with a diverse employee base and in a multicultural and multinational workplace. The HR Lead will handle compensation and benefits strategies, employee performance systems, and the development of Avertras employees career planning. The role includes maintaining and promoting Avertras unique workplace culture.Main Job Responsibilities

  • Directs the functional areas of Human Resources including, but not limited to retention, personnel records, employee relations, job evaluation, compensation management, benefits administration, organizational development, and compensation.
  • Support departments in the development and delivery of strategic HR plans to fit with Avertra?s overall business direction.
  • Responsible for maintaining a highly engaging culture, motivating employees, fostering an environment with high levels of teamwork, accountability, communication, and vision to employees.
  • Administers various human resource plans and procedures for all company personnel; assists the Operations Lead in the maturing, streamlining of company policies and procedures; while ensuring enterprise awareness of policies
  • Provides input to update and maintain global/regional employee handbooks.
  • Work closely with executive leaders and management to advise, counsel, and provide coaching and resolution to address employees? performance. Provides performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
  • Working with Operations Director to implement recruitment lifecycle for the resource planning process.
  • Manages the Human Resource Department and provides guidance to resolve complex employee relations issues. Identifies and consults with the Operations Lead on matters of legal importance.
  • Directs the planning, and skill-building of the HR staff to prepare them for future growth for the company and individual career paths.
  • Be hands-on and conduct data entry tasks.
  • Perform other tasks and duties as requested by the Director of Operations.
