  • Conduct the interviews on professional basis.
  • Ensure the best applicants to be interviewed.
  • Plan well in advance vs hiring deadlines.
  • Report to management outcomes of interviews.
  • Ensure manpower planning in advance ahead of forthcoming year.
  • Other related tasks to talent acquisitions.
