Administration And Facility Management Support SpecialistDescription :•Development and management of Facility Management•Regular monitoring and management of contractors•Creating guidelines to govern and be responsible for premises management•Develop and implement relevant policies and procedures•Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements contained in the Rule/Regulations/Directives issued by the Government/Other Statutory Bodies (CBB/MOI/MOCD/MOH etc.) for all property & assets owned/occupied/operated by the Bank•Ensures all maintenance activities (including waste management, cleaning facilities, janitorial services, garden and landscape maintenance, housekeeping, pest control etc.) are executed as per SLA and in a safe and efficient manner.•Maintains a list all of Bank physical assets such as vehicles, buildings, inventory, phones and furniture, etc.•Ensures store / Archive is well organized and well maintained with procured goods, ensuring that space complies with health and safety regulations and secure.•Maintains a log of requested maintenance works ensuring that all requests are resolved as per the applicable policies and procedures.•Ensures that all buildings and equipment’s are properly scheduled for major or periodic maintenance in order to minimize service disruptions.Requirements:•Bachelor’s degree in engineering or any related field•Professional certification in PMP, Six Sigma / Lean Management or supply chain certifications is a plus.•Over 5 years of experience. (Prior experience in Facility Management)Location: Bahrain
