Act as the focal point of HR related issues for the business area under responsibility
Working closely in collaboration with business leaders and line managers to develop approaches that achieve shared organizational objectives.
Ensure that the business is able to achieve its short, medium and longer-term goals.
Support the implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
Carry out special projects like implementing a job description program, developing Policies, mass hiring project?etc.
Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.
Plan, implement and manage the overall Talent Acquisition strategy, starting from the headcount planning till employees onboarding.
Deliver HR policies, guidelines, and reports that serve for proper & accurate documentation, as a reference for HR procedures that guarantees efficiency & defines company culture.
Meet the departments as well as the companys branding image.
Ensure that AXA Egypt organization charts are up to date with the objective of facilitating employees HC allocation, allocating their designated roles & helping upper management in seeing the full picture.
Measure employee engagement level through PULSE survey to ensure maintaining a positive, values-based work environment.
Ensure delivering instructive focus groups on timely basis with business areas under responsibility.
Act as AXA ambassadors to promote values, behaviors, and create a culture of inclusion.
Coach and provide feedback to key stakeholders to help improve business efficiency.
Implement reward and recognition interventions to increase employee engagement.
Ensure that a clear and updated career path is set, manage the internal move and the promotion cycle
Conduct the established recruitment procedures, prepares job announcement and place advertisements internally and externally to inform and attract qualified individuals for vacancies.
Prepare Job Offers, discuss the package and benefits with the accepted candidates.
Organizing and managing new employee orientation and on-boarding processes.
Conduct Exit interviews in case of resignation in order to determine the reasons.
Manage the Performance Management implementation with the internal employees, ensure having smart objective and the bell curve calibration
