Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Scrum Master to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in Scrum practices and a strong understanding of agile methodologies. Proficiency in Arabic is mandatory for this position.Responsibilities

  • Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo, and retrospective meetings.
  • Foster a collaborative culture and empower the team to achieve higher levels of performance.
  • Assist the product manager with keeping the backlog groomed.
  • Ensure cross-team coordination and communication.
  • Maintain roadmap items that help the team see how they are doing.
  • Liaise between the developers and designers.
  • Foster an environment of successful delivery and continuous improvement.
