Draft, review, negotiate and advice on all types of bilingual contracts/agreements and legal documents to which Company is a part to ensure that it is in the organization?s best interest.
Provides legal advice, assistance all departments as needed related to contractual or legal matters for conducting Company related business activities.
Advice internal departments on all aspects of the law relating to their prime activities such as that the company?s interests are furthered and protected
Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, public authorities. etc.), and represents the Company to external parties in legal matters.
Briefing and advices the employees on various subjects.
Responsible for following up on all TM registration, Intellectual property, filing oppositions, litigation.ÿÿ
Provide clarification on legal language or specifications to Employees. ÿÿ
Assess in all needs of the business, processes and methods to mitigate legal or compliance related business risks.
