Work closely with Development and Procurement to assist in the development of initial project cost estimates and timelines
Provide financial projections and forecasts and participate in the preparation of monthly progress reports.
Review third party invoices and recommend for approval for payment. Participate in the closing out of the contracts, including preparation of Final Payment and SFA.
Monitor project costs versus budget and report deviations.
Prepare budget and cash flow forecasts for procurement packages in coordination with Contracts Manager and Design Manager.
Reconcile approved invoices with Finance records periodically.
Monitor trends and potential changes and forecast their potential impact on project cost and schedule.
Participate in claims review and analysis as directed by Contracts Manager and recommend for approval/rejection with reasons.
Review Change Requests, Variation orders and make recommendations.
Participate in project commercial meetings, including claims and variation order review meeting.
Monitor, assess, and report the performance of the Project management consultant commercial staff.
Review of Tender Document and assist in preparation of password protect BOQ.
Coordinate with the Consultant to prepare Company Cost Estimate (CCE).
