Principally, Head-of-Trade will play a service, advisory, planning and a strategic role in achieving products and channels Objectives. In addition to understanding and establishing growth drivers of our products at POS and POP by gathering and considering end-users? and influencers? insights as well as customers along with code of service, conducting end-user, influencers and customers surveys in-house and/or through research agencies.+ Developing products categories strategies, objectives, and tactics within the different channels and customers, achieving product growth targets including :- Develop products visibility vision, strategy, objectives, and execution capabilities within channels.- Design, develop and communicate monthly trade activities.- Responsible for trade spend budget as % of turnover by channel customer and its structure.- Responsible for New Products Launch activities in different channels and customers (objectives, trade activities, implementation etc.).- With Marketing team, Deliver briefs to agencies to insure efficient and agile execution.- Competitors activities and price moves monitor and analysis.- Develop products pricing strategy for different channels/customers with inputs into trade and customers margins with channel manager. * To collaborate with sales leads to build on and improve current products? pricing strategies, tactics for different trade channels/customers.* Responsible for demand forecast cycle planning, process, KPIs and outcomes with sales leads. (Within S&OP process)* To develop key products? activities grid and calendar to meet deadlines and ensure best execution and evaluating results.* To lead communication of our business strategies and plans to sales force and distributors.* In charge of new products? launches activities across different Trade channels.* To monitor, analyze and evaluate competitors? activities and price moves and develop a price monitoring. *Job skills and competencies:+ Collaboration+ Passion for high performance+ Demonstrate strong attention to details+ Strong consultative skills and business acumen+ Data visualization skills+ Excellent communicator / negotiator+ Product management expertise+ Manage third parties+ Empowerment+ Decision making+ Passion for high performance high delivery+ Leadership *Preferred qualifications:+ Highly experienced in a related field ? minimum of 7 years? experience such as Trade/Customer organizations, preferably FMCG/CPG.+ Experienced with activities planning for different product categories and channels/customers and managing a team of experienced calibers.+ Ex-field sales exposure, particularly in general fragmented trade mainly in commodities category.
