Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and hiring decisions.
Administer employee benefits programs and oversee payroll processing.
Supervise employee training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Set objectives for the HR team and track progress based on metrics.
Monitor the ConnectHR, maintain employee records, and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Supervise other office activities such as office repairs, renovations, and so on.
Review operations, ensuring their compliance with policies and regulations.
Stay informed of HR trends and best practices to recommend improvements and implement necessary changes.
Support employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
Comply with CARMA policies and procedures and support CARMAs mission and vision.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the direct manager.
