ú Servicing client accounts with day-to-day needs, ongoing tracking, and ad hoc requirementsú Building and maintaining excellent relationship with key client stakeholdersú Final approval and send out of ongoing client reports & deliverables, where authorized by your account directorú Strategic analysis report development with Account Director supportú Utilizing resources through the effective organisation of the global CARMA operation teamsú Line managing, coaching and developing Senior Insights Analysts and Insight Analystsú Supporting Head of Insights in team resource planningú Escalating roadblocks to in a proactive & timely manner with suggestions for solutionsú Retention of clients, broader identification of opportunities for revenue growth of existing client baseú Assisting in development of briefs for new and existing clientsú Implementing client account briefs successfullyú Taking full responsibility and ownership for smaller client accountsú Where account ownership is held, ensuring all contracts are signed, up-to-date and POs are in place.ú Creating meeting summaries (when no junior is present), signing off (when no senior present) and communicating to clients/team.
