Coordination for the preparation of project business plans & Cash flows. Development of budgets (Annual & quarterly re-forecasts).Development of portfolio consolidation & roll out tracking from a financial perspective. Coordination with Development teams to progress / achieve the agreed˙Business Plan.˙
Prepare monthly sales & inventory reports and identifying solutions for slow-moving products.˙
Coordinating with Market Research consultants.
Identifying business opportunities after conducting feasibility studies.
Ensure accuracy, integrity and consistency of input assumptions and data used in feasibilities, business plans and budgets.
Making Recommendations in a pro-active basis˙
Ensure market intelligence data is shared with internal stakeholder via dashboards
Ensure product pricing & product costing is tracked accurately and shared with regional teams. Perform other duties as assigned.
